Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellations: We understand plans can change. To cancel your order, reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled order date. Unfortunately, if we don't hear from you within this timeframe, we won't be able to process the cancellation. For same-day order cancellations, a 50% refund will be issued.

Missed Pickups: Life can get busy, and we get that. If an order isn't picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, it will regrettably no longer be available, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the freshness and timely enjoyment of our meals.

Wrong Order/Missing Items: If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
