Storage: Our meals are expertly prepared and delivered pre-cooked, eliminating the need for additional cooking. Please note that the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper heating and storage of the meal after delivery. Our recommendation is to refrigerate meals for up to 4 days, guided by the 'best by' date specified on each meal.
Delivery: Once delivered, the responsibility for the freshness and safekeeping of the meal transitions to the customer. While we offer the option of delivering meals in an insulated cooler bag for enhanced freshness, customers must explicitly choose this option and purchase the bag. It is imperative to understand that post-delivery, we are not accountable for the meal's condition.
Cancellations and Refunds: To cancel an order, we appreciate timely notification at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. For same-day cancellations, a 50% refund will be processed. Missed pickups after 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of refunds. Your understanding in adhering to these policies ensures the smooth operation of our service.
Payment Methods: For your convenience and the safety of our delivery drivers, we exclusively accept digital payments. Cash transactions are not accepted.
Allergies: While we diligently provide the ingredients for each meal, it's essential to recognize that our meals are prepared in a shared environment. Customers are advised to carefully review the ingredients and exercise prudence if they have specific allergies or dietary restrictions. We, as the provider, are not liable for any issues arising from allergens or shared preparation spaces. Your understanding in this matter is crucial for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
Meal Preparation: Our steak is intentionally delivered slightly undercooked. This approach safeguards the integrity of your meal when reheated. Please be aware that any meals containing fish MUST be reheated for safety reasons. We are not liable for any issues arising from undercooked steak or the necessity to reheat meals containing fish.
