  • Our meals do not contain any preservatives and will remain fresh up to 4 DAYS in the refrigerator; however, you may freeze them for longer. Please refer to the ‘best by’ date provided on each meal for optimal freshness.

  • No, there is no need for you to be present during the delivery. When placing an item in your cart, select your preferred method of delivery and provide additional delivery instructions if needed.

    We offer 3 methods of delivery:

    Delivered in an insulated cooler bag – Please add a cooler bag to your cart.

    Leave your insulated cooler bag outside – If you have previously purchased a cooler bag, please leave it outside for your delivery driver to use.

    No insulated cooler bag – We deliver your order to your door without a cooler bag. You take full responsibility for receiving your order in a timely manner.

  • DELIVERY: Please contact us through text, phone, or email (hello@thaichefpreps.com or 201-290-2364) if you cannot receive your delivery on Tuesdays between 12 PM and 5 PM.

    PICKUP: Please contact us through text, phone, or email if you need to change your selected pickup time.

    CANCELLATIONS: To cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled order date. For same day order cancellations, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address.

  • If an order is not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, it will no longer be available and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring the freshness and timely enjoyment of our meals.

  • Deliveries are made on Tuesdays between 12 PM and 5 PM. We will reach out to you about 1 hour prior to drop-off to give you a heads up that your order is on the way. Track the status of your order by reaching out to us directly through text or phone at (201) 290-2364 for real-time updates.

  • For the safety and well-being of our delivery drivers, we do not accept cash as a form of payment. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use our secure online payment options for a smooth and secure transaction.

  • If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work quickly to resolve the matter. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • No cooking required! All our meals are served ready to eat, providing you with a convenient and delicious experience straight from the package to your plate.

  • Our meal boxes are microwave-safe for your convenience. If your order includes a sauce cup, please remove it before microwaving. Simply place the tray in the microwave and heat on high for 2-3 minutes for a delicious and quick meal. Enjoy!

  • Your safety is our priority. We clearly list our ingredients on each meal, however, it's important to note that our meals are prepared in a shared environment. We recommend using your best judgment based on your personal experience and discretion. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@thaichefpreps.com.

  • Our meals are broken down into two categories – “Diet Starts Today,” which are our macro-friendly options, or “Diet Starts Tomorrow,” which include bigger portions made with whole ingredients for those not tracking macros.

  • Macros are provided on the product page for each meal, as well as on the label of the packaging.
